Tim and Lori have given me great customer service at every step of the way. The introductory meeting was helpful and low pressure, which I really-really appreciated. Explaining that the nerve pain by the elbow was not the source of the problem. Instead, it was the adhesions and/or scar tissue from overuse in my forearms. The weekly videos with instructions is also helpful. Even better the machine really works... For me, the machine rollers moving in one direction makes a lot of sense, and it is better for me than physical therapy or massage therapy. Some products are gimmicks. Fiix Body is NOT a gimmick. It really works. It is high quality, and again, the customer service is high quality. So I am happy with every aspect of this machine, the exercies and whole process. And I am already recommending it to others.

I am a tennis player (4-5x per week) When I originally knew I had tennis elbow I addressed it immediately. I first tried other things-alternate tennis elbow exercises, therapy, other "elbow devices" It was a start but I felt like it would just be at a plateau & take much longer to recover. I started using The FiixBody and committed to the treatment. The FiixBody has been great for me. The customer service was great. I am in the recovery phase. Playing tennis at full power again and no longer have my elbow on my mind every time I swing the racquet.
Well, I could not pick up stuff, and my tennis elbow hurt so much that writing my name was an issue. This little thing solved my problem. Now, years later, I have another issue, and here we go again. Thankfully, I can just start again, and it charged right up, so no issues there either.
